Cent Aura / "Kentavr" restaurant is an institution located in the heart of historic Lviv, on Rynok Square. The reconstruction project involved updating the premises taking into account the architectural heritage of the building and creating a modern restaurant space that harmoniously combines historical charm and current design solutions. TVD performed key reconstruction works, including: Reconstruction works - updating and adapting existing structures to new functional needs. Masonry works - restoring and strengthening walls and partitions, taking into account the historical character of the building. Installation works - installing structural elements, engineering components and systems. Decorative works - interior and facade solutions with an emphasis on authentic materials and modern design. Landscaping - arranging the surrounding space, pedestrian zones and entrances. Engineering networks - modernization of water supply, sewage, ventilation, heating and power supply systems. Through a thoughtful combination of reconstruction technologies and respect for the historical context, TVD created a modern restaurant space within the historic building, preserving its authenticity while ensuring comfort and functionality for visitors.
