The Grand Hotel building — a historical object in the center of Lviv — underwent a large-scale reconstruction, during which architectural details, interiors, and engineering parts were restored and modernized. As part of the project, TVD performed the following work: Reconstruction of load-bearing structures and adaptation of the building to modern requirements Concrete work - renovation of foundations, floors, structural units Masonry work - restoration of walls, facade elements and internal partitions Installation work - installation of metal elements, new structures and frames Roofing work - renovation of the roof taking into account waterproofing and ventilation Decorative work - restoration of facades, decorative decoration of interiors Engineering networks - modernization of water supply, sewage, heating, power supply, ventilation and security systems Commissioning work - testing and commissioning of all systems Adjustment works - official acceptance of the facility into full-fledged operation mode Thanks to a careful approach to preserving the historical style and integrating modern standards, TVD contributed to the revival of the hotel as one of the symbols of Lviv's architectural and cultural heritage, transforming it into a functional and comfortable space of a modern class.
