Reconstruction of building No. 3 on Shovkovychna Street in Kyiv is a project aimed at updating a historic building with adaptation to modern standards of comfort, energy efficiency and safety. The work involved combining restoration approaches with modern construction technologies to preserve the architectural value of the building and at the same time ensure its functionality. TVD performed a full range of construction and installation works, including: Reconstruction works - updating and strengthening existing building structures. Concrete and masonry works - erection and restoration of structural elements, walls and ceilings. Installation and roofing works - installation of structures, updating roof systems with hydro- and thermal insulation. Engineering networks - modernization of water supply, sewage, electricity, ventilation and heating systems. Decorative works - facade and interior solutions taking into account the architectural character of the building. Landscaping - arrangement of adjacent areas, paths and landscaping. Thanks to a comprehensive approach and high quality of execution, TVD has given new life to a historic object, combining architectural heritage with modern technical standards.
