Our company continues construction work within the framework of a large-scale project to build a medical complex on Perfetskoho St. in Lviv. The project implementation began in early 2024 and is continuing according to the approved schedule. The medical complex is being built on the territory of the former geotechnical institute and involves the creation of a multifunctional space, including a polyclinic building, a social block, as well as sports and rehabilitation buildings. Part of the existing 1985 building will be reconstructed with an expansion of the area and the addition of additional floors, where an inpatient polyclinic will operate. Outdated auxiliary buildings are being dismantled, and new buildings with a height of three to seven floors are being built in their place. The project provides for the arrangement of a modern rehabilitation area with gyms and recovery rooms that will meet current medical and construction standards. In addition, an underground parking lot for 45 cars with additional evacuation exits is planned under the complex. Particular attention is paid to the integration of the facility into the existing city infrastructure. It is planned to organize convenient check-ins, places for disembarking passengers, as well as to improve transport connections in the area, in particular on nearby streets. The construction of the medical complex is an important infrastructure project for the city of Lviv and is aimed at the development of modern medical and rehabilitation care.
