Our company is involved in the construction of a new shopping and entertainment center Skelya, which will be built in the city of Stryi at 146 Lvivska Street. Construction work has already begun, and the facility will be put into operation in the third quarter of 2026. The Skelya shopping and entertainment center will be located near the central part of the city, which provides convenient logistics and accessibility for both Stryi residents and city guests. The project involves the creation of a modern multifunctional complex that will combine shopping, entertainment and business spaces. The shopping and entertainment center includes a grocery supermarket, a children’s entertainment zone, appliance stores, catering establishments, a food court, as well as clothing, footwear and home goods stores. Design solutions are aimed at creating a comfortable environment for visitors and an effective commercial infrastructure for tenants. Particular attention is paid to the external infrastructure. A parking lot for 300 cars, recreation areas and bicycle paths will be equipped next to the shopping center. Such solutions are designed to ensure stable client traffic and convenience of using the complex. Our company ensures the implementation of construction and installation works in accordance with the design documentation, current building codes and quality standards. The implementation of the Skelya shopping center will become an important infrastructure project for the city of Stryi and will contribute to the development of the local business environment.
