The work involved combining restoration approaches with modern construction technologies to preserve the architectural value of the building and at the same time ensure its functionality. TVD performed a full range of construction and installation works, including: Reconstruction works - updating and strengthening existing building structures. Concrete and masonry works - erection and restoration of structural elements, walls and ceilings. Installation and roofing works - installation of structures, updating roof systems with hydro- and thermal insulation. Engineering networks - modernization of water supply, sewage, electricity, ventilation and heating systems. Decorative works - facade and interior solutions taking into account the architectural character of the building. Landscaping - arrangement of adjacent areas, paths and landscaping.
